By accessing our website, scheduling an appointment, submitting information, making a payment, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website or book services through Metro Mile Delivery.

Metro Mile Delivery LLC provides mobile testing, specimen collection, and related services for individuals, employers, organizations, agencies, and other clients.

Service availability may vary based on location, scheduling, laboratory availability, testing requirements, and other circumstances.
ELIGIBILITY & AUTHORIZATION
By scheduling a service, you represent that you are legally authorized to request the service for yourself or on behalf of another individual, employee, organization, minor, or other party when applicable.
Certain services may require additional authorization, identification, consent, employer documentation, court paperwork, laboratory requisitions, or other documentation before a collection can be completed.
Metro Mile Delivery reserves the right to decline or postpone a service when required authorization or documentation cannot be verified.
APPOINTMENTS
Appointments are subject to availability and are not guaranteed until confirmed.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate:

Other information reasonably necessary to complete the appointment
Providing incorrect or incomplete information may result in delays, additional charges, rescheduling, or inability to complete the requested service.
MOBILE SERVICE
Metro Mile Delivery may provide mobile collection services at homes, workplaces, job sites, care facilities, businesses, or other approved locations.
Customers requesting mobile service are responsible for:

Providing an accurate service address

Ensuring the collector can safely access the location

Providing appropriate parking or access information when necessary
-
Ensuring the person being tested is present and prepared
-
Providing a safe and appropriate collection environment when required
-
Informing Metro Mile Delivery of relevant access restrictions before the appointment
Metro Mile Delivery reserves the right to discontinue or refuse an appointment if a location is unsafe, inaccessible, inappropriate for the required collection, or presents unreasonable risk to the collector.
Travel or mobile service fees may apply.
IDENTIFICATION & DOCUMENTATION
Valid identification may be required before certain services can be completed.
Depending on the service, customers may also be required to provide:

Failure to provide required identification or documentation may prevent completion of the appointment.
DOT & WORKPLACE TESTING
DOT-regulated collections are performed according to applicable federal requirements when the requested service falls under a regulated testing program.
Employers, designated employer representatives, third-party administrators, laboratories, medical review officers, and other authorized parties may have responsibilities separate from Metro Mile Delivery.
Metro Mile Delivery is not responsible for an employer's compliance program, testing decision, employment action, or interpretation of a laboratory result.
Non-DOT workplace testing may be subject to employer policies, state law, laboratory procedures, and other applicable requirements.
SPECIMEN COLLECTION & CHAIN OF CUSTODY
When applicable, Metro Mile Delivery follows appropriate specimen collection, documentation, handling, and chain-of-custody procedures for the requested service.
Customers and donors must follow reasonable collector instructions necessary to complete the collection.
A collection may be discontinued, documented, or rescheduled when circumstances prevent completion according to applicable procedures.
LABORATORY TESTING
Metro Mile Delivery may collect specimens that are subsequently tested or processed by independent laboratories.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Metro Mile Delivery does not control:

Laboratory operating schedules

Confirmation testing

Medical review procedures

Laboratory reporting systems

Delays caused by shipping or transportation

Decisions made by independent laboratories or authorized reviewing parties
Laboratory services may be subject to separate terms, requirements, and privacy practices.
TEST RESULTS
Result availability varies according to the type of service, specimen, laboratory, testing method, confirmation requirements, and other circumstances.
Any turnaround time provided is an estimate unless expressly guaranteed in writing.
Results may be released to an authorized:

depending on the service and applicable authorization.
Metro Mile Delivery cannot guarantee that the individual tested will personally receive results when testing was ordered or administered through another authorized party.
DNA COLLECTION SERVICES
Metro Mile Delivery may provide DNA specimen collection services.
Collection services and laboratory analysis are separate functions when testing is performed by an independent DNA laboratory.
Legal DNA testing may require specific identification, witnessing, documentation, specimen handling, and chain-of-custody procedures.
Customers are responsible for informing Metro Mile Delivery whether testing is intended for legal or non-legal purposes before the collection.
Metro Mile Delivery does not guarantee that a particular DNA test or report will be accepted by a court, government agency, immigration authority, or other organization unless the appropriate testing and collection requirements have been satisfied.
RAPID TESTING
Certain rapid testing services may produce preliminary or screening results.
Depending on the test and circumstances, additional laboratory testing, medical evaluation, or confirmatory testing may be recommended or required.
Rapid testing services are not a substitute for emergency medical care or professional medical diagnosis.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, seek appropriate emergency medical assistance.

The applicable price will generally be displayed during booking, provided through a quote, or communicated before the service when reasonably possible.
Additional charges may apply when circumstances differ materially from the information provided during scheduling.
PAYMENT
Payment may be required before, at the time of, or after service depending on the appointment and payment arrangement.
Customers agree to provide accurate payment and billing information.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. Those providers may maintain separate terms and privacy policies.
Failure to make required payment may result in cancellation, collection activity where legally permitted, or refusal of future services.
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
Customers should cancel or reschedule appointments as early as possible.
Cancellation, rescheduling, missed-appointment, travel, or service-call fees may apply depending on the circumstances and applicable booking policy.
If a collector has already traveled to or arrived at the scheduled location, certain fees may remain due even if the collection cannot be completed.
Specific cancellation and rescheduling requirements presented during booking or in Metro Mile Delivery's Booking & Policies are incorporated into these Terms.
LATE ARRIVALS & MISSED APPOINTMENTS
Customers should be prepared and available at the confirmed appointment time.
Late arrival or unavailability may result in:

Additional waiting charges when applicable

A missed-appointment fee

Loss of certain booking fees where permitted
Metro Mile Delivery will make reasonable efforts to accommodate scheduling issues but cannot guarantee same-day rescheduling.
REFUNDS
Refund eligibility depends on the circumstances surrounding the appointment and the services already performed or costs already incurred.
Fees may be non-refundable when:

Collection services have begun or been completed

Testing supplies or kits have been used

A specimen has been shipped or submitted for processing

Laboratory charges have been incurred

A customer or donor fails to provide required documentation

A customer or donor fails to appear

The collection cannot be completed because required instructions were not followed
Any approved refund will be handled according to the applicable payment method and business policy.
SERVICE DELAYS
Although Metro Mile Delivery strives to provide timely service, delays may occur because of circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:
