DEPOSITS

Some services require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.
Deposits:

  • Secure your appointment
     

  • Apply toward your total balance
     

  • Are non-refundable under all circumstances
     

Travel 

  • Outside Area Fee — $45–$85

  • Emergency Same-Day — $50

  • After-Hours / Weekend Fee — $125

LATE ARRIVALS

  • 15-minute grace period
     

  • After 15 minutes, appointment may be marked as a no-show
     

RESCHEDULING POLICY

  • 24-hour notice required to avoid fees
     

  • Same-day rescheduling may incur travel/administrative fees
     

  • If collector arrives and patient is unavailable, appointment is considered a no-show
     

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • 24-hour notice = No fee
     

  • Less than 24 hours = Up to 50% fee
     

  • No-show = 100% of service fee may apply
     

  • Services are non-refundable once specimen collection is completed
     

  • Metro Mile Delivery reserves the right to reschedule due to severe weather or emergencies.
