Cancellation Policy

Some services require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. Deposits secure your appointment, apply toward your total balance, and are non-refundable under all circumstances. Travel Fees: Outside area fee: $45–$85. Emergency same-day fee: $50. After-hours/weekend fee: $125. Late Arrivals: A 15-minute grace period is allowed. After 15 minutes, the appointment may be marked as a no-show. Rescheduling: 24-hour notice is required to avoid fees. Same-day rescheduling may incur travel/administrative fees. If the collector arrives and the patient is unavailable, the appointment is considered a no-show. Cancellation: 24-hour notice = no fee. Less than 24 hours = up to 50% fee. No-show = 100% of service fee may apply. Services are non-refundable once specimen collection is completed. Metro Mile Delivery reserves the right to reschedule due to severe weather or emergencies.
